THANK YOU.

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to the "Fraternal Instincts" show. There are several pieces left for purchase so stop on by! The show is on view through the 26th. Local artists K. Allyson Petty and Andrea Wedig collaborated to create a show of photographic diptychs. Each diptych is assigned a word such as "symmetry" and "float", each artist then translating the term in her own way.

Visit our Flickr to see more images of the show!

Weekend Store. Adjowah Brodie designs her pieces using recycled vintage accessories. Hair pins made with watchfaces and necklace made with vintage typewriter key pictured above. Say what?

Letterpress printed postcards from
Rar Rar Press. I especially love the "it's not that far really world edition" postcard. You can mark your and your missed one's locations on the front side.

Snazzy, unique brass chain rings incorporated with faux gemstones or vintage buttons and vintage opaque Swarovski crystals from Honeydoux.

Earrings with vintage glass beads and contemporary brass shapes also from Honeydoux. Classy lady!

Turkey & Provolone or Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich pins from
Emilio's Pocket. Pin one on.

Beautiful Losers

The premiere of Beautiful Losers is this Thursday, September 18th at 7:00 p.m. in Atlanta! It will be shown at The Plaza Theatre and is presented by AIGA Atlanta. It will also be shown September 26th - October 2nd. Art work will be provided especially for this event by Mint Gallery. This is a great opportunity to see documentation of an art movement that has effected many of us personally and has made a great mark on art history.
